Return Policy

All sales are final.

NO refunds will be issued, only exchanges due to sizing.

In the case that your item is not the correct size, we will exchange the item if the correct item is in stock. Keep in mind sizes are limited.

Items purchased from Gold Mine Boutique are eligible for exchange only within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, odorless, free of stains of any kind (ex. makeup, deodorant), inside the original packaging with tags attached.

Merchandise is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping to our customers. In the case that you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at service@goldmineboutique.com.


COMPLETING YOUR EXCHANGE
1. Send an e-mail to service@goldmineboutique.com, listing your contact information, order number, item, and the reason for your exchange within 7 days of receivingyour purchase date.

2. We will respond to your e-mail to confirm your exchange, and provide our delivery address. Please do not send any items without e-mailing us first, as this may lead to your exchange not being correctly processed.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
